Janet is writing a book about centenarians --"100 Years Young".   This first book of its kind relates the stories of 100 people in 100 cities worldwide who are more that 100 years old. "100 Years Young" will expose the reasons why some people can live so long in such a healthy state and offer assistance for ourselves and for our families to live better longer. At present, Janet is in Japan, Papau New Guinea and Australia. She will return on January 31, 2011.
